~As owners, we live next door to the Villa,, so we are available should you need us for
anything.
~Our large, back garden area contains many lush tropical trees and plants and is completely fenced in for privacy.
~New Covered pergola with misters to cool the air in the summer! It's a great place to read or relax. Our guests frequently take their meals outdoors and use the Weber grill. The screened spa is an added bonus for ending your evening!
~Free PAVED PARKING
~Non smoking/vaping except outside the building
~NO animals or pets allowed on property
~All guests of house enter through front door and then proceed to their own locked door apt.
~ Adult Baseball Leagues, Youth Baseball parents, Wedding Events & Vacationers to Ft.Myers - we have the ideal spot for you. You'll love the convenience of our location - just a 15 minute walk to historic downtown Ft. Myers! We are very close to many baseball fields, such as Terry Park and the City of Palms Baseball park, former field of the Red Sox.
~ Swim at our heated city pool - 7 minutes away.
~The Burroughs Home, which holds many wedding events, is a 5 minute drive through downtown.
~GREEN PALM VILLA VACATION RENTAL APARTMENTS are conveniently located just off beautiful McGregor Blvd. and within a short walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There are also two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & Yacht Basin.
Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown, as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.
The famous Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Museum & Estates are a few blocks away. We have a very nice Publix grocery store in the neighborhood, so food shopping is so easy when you arrive. Convenience stores, drugs stores & gas stations are close by and I-75 is about a 15-minute drive. The beautiful Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island are about 30+ minutes away -a straight shot, EASY DRIVE down McGregor Blvd.
With all our apartments, we strive to make your vacation as pleasant as possible with our lovely garden & outdoor areas and our tasteful, comfortable furnishings.
Guests of the two upstairs suites will use the laundry room located downstairs at the back of the house. We have new Samsung appliances, so your laundry comes out beautifully! I supply scent-free laundry detergent & softener.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay, for the reasons others provide. The 2 bikes are great; it's an easy ride to downtown, to the Edison-Ford grounds and gardens, and to Publix (just a few blocks away). In the evenings we walked downtown and rode around town on its free trolley one night. We rented a car to explore neighboring towns and for the airport trip, but otherwise enjoyed relaxing within the home's beautiful yard and neighborhood. -Monica & Jim

Summary: We stayed in the upstairs front/street facing room. The 2 upstairs rooms share a thermostat which was not an issue for us, but the front room does get morning sun so the front may tend to be a bit warmer than the back facing room. Both rooms have access to the thermostat. The room was nicely appointed with pretty much all we needed. The house is older, but in good shape for its age. Very good pricing for this type of accommodation close to downtown. The back yard was great! Peaceful, with lots of seating options Would stay again!
